Wild Woman is a solo show about returning to the roots of the divine feminine, following the female cycle, and living in harmony with the phases of the moon. Through various archetypes of women, as well as religious, mythological, and historical female figures like Lilith, Medusa and Joan of Arc, the show tells a story of discovering how to break free from social structures and how to embrace the cyclic nature as a woman.
Through a blend of poems, prose, monologues from various authors, and original material, the show delves into the complexities of womanhood, challenging societal expectations and embracing the true essence of the feminine spirit. In a patriarchal society that often overlooks the cyclical nature of women's bodies, this work explores the phases of the moon and the menstrual cycle.
