Stage management has strengthened my ability to hold a production together both creatively and practically, building on my experience across performances.I’ve developed strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems under pressure. My background as both a performer and theatre-maker allows me to understand the needs of actors, directors, and the technical team, creating a collaborative and supportive environment. I offer reliability, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every element of a production runs smoothly while maintaining a safe, focused, and creatively energised space.
