Written by Carlo Daniels as a response to Samuel Beckett's Happy Days, No Complaints, new day, new dawn was performed at Theatre Arts in late November 2022. The company won the Theatre Art's Peter Hayes Award for Best Team.
No Complaints is a physical drama that explores the marriage of two clowns Wendy and Wanda. Wendy is trapped in a situation and is searching for a way out. Inside her house she circles through her thoughts as they swirl through the past into the future and rush back to the present while her husband Wanda naps the day away. Whilst she finds fascination in her thoughts, she is searching for the opportunity that will end these long days under the hot sun.
